When you book your appointment, I know you are dedicated to transforming your life because you’re willing to invest in yourself and those you value. 

THERAPY RATES

Individual Therapy/Sessions

I provide an initial 60-90 minute session to get to know you and complete an in-depth assessment of the presenting concern. (Session cost $150.00). Thereafter sessions are generally 60 minutes for individuals ($125.00 per session) Typically, I meet with individuals on a weekly basis, though due to scheduling needs and other factors, this may vary. Expecting weekly sessions is a good start, but we can discuss what works best for you. 

Couple Therapy/Sessions

Initial assessment session  60-90 minutes is $200.00. Sessions thereafter $150.00 per session (60 minutes)

Family Therapy/Sessions

Initial Assessment  session is $300.00 for 90 minutes. Sessions thereafter $180.00 each 60 minutes. 

**Completion of forms is $100/hour (charged in 15 minute increments). A minimum of one week’s notice is required for the completion of all paperwork. Rush requests will be billed at $200/hour.

PAYMENT

Payment is due before the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, cash, and check. I also accept Flexible Savings Accounts (HSA) as payment. 

INSURANCE

I do not accept insurance at this time. Most of my clients choose not to involve their insurance provider in their treatment. Here are some of the advantages:

• You won’t have a diagnosis label permanently attached to your health record.
• Your records are protected, which means all information about you, including very personal information, cannot be obtained by the insurance company.
• Your care is not dictated by the insurance company, but by the collaborative efforts formed by my professional expertise and your personal preferences and goals. 

I can gladly provide you with documentations for out-of-network benefits (a super bill) if desired. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
