I had the pleasure of working with Ladonna when I first entered the workforce as a young professional. As my direct supervisor, Ladonna not only modeled and administered exceptional care to our clients, but also to each and every person on her team. I remember watching her with wide eyes and witnessing the incredible impact she had on even the most reluctant or reclusive individuals, clients and staff members alike. She is present, never judgmental and always approachable.
